Order Confirmation

Each order you place for Cisco products must be accompanied by an order confirmation letter from a Trustee or Director of your organisation.

Please note: We do not require order confirmation letters for other Donor Partners' products.

The letter must:

  • Be on your organisation’s headed paper.
  • Clearly show the registered name, number, address and e-mail address of your organisation.
  • List the items ordered.
  • Confirm the delivery address, if it differs from your organisation's registered address. Please see Delivery Address for further details.
  • The letter should be faxed to us on +353 (0) 1 4430554.
